2008 Chocolate & Wine Festival Featured Chefs

Two recipes incorporating chocolate and wine will be demonstrated by Pastry Chef Lauren Deily. Chef Deily's 8 years of experience at The Country Club of Scranton makes her the perfect person to display her techniques at the demonstration during the Chocolate & Wine Festival on May 17th from 4 to 7 PM.

There will be a demonstration and samples of a decadent Chocolate Chambord Mousse and a refreshing Chilled Wine Fruit Soup with Blueberry Sorbet. Chef Deily will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding cooking or baking with chocolate and wine. 

Chef Deily's attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients and her patience produces pastries and desserts that look as good as they taste.

Chef Deily has earned an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania. She is currently enrolled at Luzerne County Community College for Pastry Arts and she will be graduating this May with an Associate’s degree.
