Come join Steve & Jan Castrogiovanni, Doug Puzo and Rusty Ely as they teach the ins and outs of making wine at home. They began their winemaking adventure ten years ago and in that time have learned all the mistakes and successes and have enjoyed the fruits of those triumphant batches that came out perfectly.
 Specializing in fruit wines such as strawberry, blueberry, etc. and traditional grape wines, they expanded their knowledge to include different meads (a fermented alcoholic beverage made of honey, water, and yeast also colloquially known as "honey wine").
The demonstration is something you won't want to miss if you're an avid wine enthusiast! Below is their schedule for the demonstration. Also, they will have wine kits and other supplies available for you.

Build a wine kit that will be raffled off including the batch started at 3 PM. |
